How Dubainary checks data

How content is produced

Project records, descriptions, images and documents on Dubainary are compiled, processed and published by automated AI systems. Our team monitors this process, but content is not individually reviewed by a person before it goes live.

What the AI checks

• Download links are tested; broken or unavailable files are not shown.
• Sub pages for prices, payment plans, floor plans and brochures exist only when that data exists.
• New projects are checked for duplicates by name and developer.
• Developer names are normalised so each developer has one page.

Dates

The "last updated" date on each project is the date its record last changed, not the date the page was built.
