A project appears in this list when its recorded sales stage is announced, presale or start of sales, it is not marked completed, and its planned handover year is the current year or later, or not yet stated. Projects are ordered newest first by the order in which they entered the directory.
Upcoming projects in Dubai sometimes circulate before a developer publishes prices or floor plans. Where a figure is missing, the page shows it as on request instead of estimating it.
How Often the Launch List Changes
The list is generated from the directory database whenever the page loads, so additions, sales-stage changes and price updates show up without a manual edit. When a project moves beyond the early sales stages, it leaves this page but stays in the full directory.

Why Buyers Watch the Launch Stage
Unit choice and early pricing
Buying at launch can mean a wider choice of floors, views and layouts, because fewer units have been reserved. Some developers also release an initial price list that changes as sales progress. Neither is guaranteed: confirm the current price list and the actual unit inventory in writing.
Launch materials are often based on renders. Treat images, amenity lists and timelines as proposals until they appear in the sale documents.
What to Check Before Booking a Launch Unit
Check that the project is registered, that payments go to the project escrow account and that the reservation form matches the unit, price and schedule you were offered.
